Food isn’t even good enough for a buffet!. Tried Chopsticks several times as I’ve been living in Cumberland for several years. Food is generically bland, almost like a bad buffet. Chicken and beef are usually rubbery and the sauces taste like they are all the same just milder or spicier. Other take out/delivery Chinese places have come and gone and their food was usually better. Chopsticks gets good reviews from people because the food is usually cheaper but it is of average quality. Try the other dine in/take out/delivery. They have a much greater selection and food is much better.
