Friendly server, but … Ve…. Friendly server, but …Very slow kitchen (45 minutes for hamburgers and salads). Not worth it for mediocre food. The salad bar wad good. It’s probably the best thing to order if you come Here, but there are better local choices.
Dont Judge a Book by its Cover. Stopped in on the way to Ocean City. The building didnt look very attractive but dont be fooled- the food and service was absolutely amazing! They offer huge portions at reasonable prices and most meals come with a side of soup or salad and a vegetable (the philly cheesesteak was especially delicious). This diner was just what we needed after a long time on the road!
Macaroons!!. My boyfriend & I have stopped here a few times on our way to & from Ocean City. We live in Baltimore. The food is typical diner fare, and the prices are fair. What I really want to say is that the Coconut Macaroons are AMAZING! You can’t miss them on the way in or out….don’t sleep on these spectacular treats! I stop on my way home to grab a half dozen to go…. 🙂
Really good breakfast with fast, efficient service. Probably a local favorite that gets overrun with vacationers on weekends & during the summer. They have lots of specials (breakfast-lunch-dinner when we were there), the portions are large and prices low.
We had dinner here. The portions were HUGE but service was s-l-o-w. Don’t go if you are in a hurry.
Stayed in the hotel across the street for work figured I would give it a try. The place is clean, hostess was nice as well as the waitress. The salad bar was all fresh although there wasn’t much selection. I ordered the 12oz steak, wasn’t particularly fond of it, kind of tough not really tender or seasoned. The other side items were ok. Prices are reasonable. All in all ok
In town for a getaway with my Queen. Time: 1:15pm. Hostess: ok. Waitress: good(20% tip). For the mrs. Lunch platter liver and onions. Portion huge 3 pieces brussel sprouts cauliflower and salad bar. Veggies overcooked Hey it’s a diner. Flavor good presentation good. Me. Vegetarian omlette with cheese. Side of ham (later got bacon). Huge omlette hash browns very good. Overall we give it 2.5 plates (1 plate run and do not return 5 plates get a loyalty card and go back often)
