Hes employees are on point.. Do yourself a favor eat here!!! You will keep coming back… You owe it to yourself…
Eating g fresh takes way too long here. We waited 25 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich no cheese and a Kabob bowl that when it arrived had cheese on it so we asked for our money back and left. My experience. I have eaten at Heavenly chicken & Ribs countless times and for the most part the food is pretty good.I have always been treated very well and i find the cashiers to be very helpful. But If your looking for a quiet and well respected place to go this would not be the place for you, when i have been at the restaurant the Male owner had introduced himself to me and was very nice but sometimes can be too talkative while you are trying to eat. On another occasion i have seen him interacting with the staff in a very unprofessional manor he was yelling loud enough that the customers in the dinning area could hear what was going on, one couple actually walked out because of this. Improvements need to be made, no one wants to hear or see employees being yelled at while trying to enjoy our food.-Kelly F, Owings MD
