Food and customer service don’t go together. Food is always great. i have been to 4 different Ruth Chris resturants food and customer service absolutely worth every dollar spent. This one tho its exceptional… i wouldn’t mind getting my own food from the kitchen myself than having the waiter we had. Horrible.
I came in for some happy hour snacks and a drink. With the exception of Adrian at the bar, stay away. The manager walked by multiple times with my empty plates (stacked for 30 minutes) and did nothing. Of course, once I commented, he was on the mark asking what went wrong. I would expect so much more based on the price and location. My recommendation, hang at the bar for happy hour then find someplace else. Thank you Adrian for saving the night. -C.

Really?. We we there on a Saturday night. Food took forever to come out and it wasn’t busy. I had the Barbecue Shrimp over garlic mashed potatoes. Potatoes were instant, and it wasn’t good and it was swimming in a gelatinous tomato cream. Sauce was nothing like a New Orleans based Barbecue Shrimp dish which is where they started. Menu was unimaginative. Needs a menu overhaul.
I ate dinner here on Sunday my bill was $80 the food was overrated overpriced for the quantity and quality not a restaurant I will be eating at again
Great Staff!. Yes the food is delicious, always great steak. The only time I have ever hugged my waiter! We did eat early, 530pm reservation, but when we left they were packed. I have never enjoyed being served as much as I did here, he was the friendliest and didnt miss any detail. It was hands down the best service I have had at any restaurant.
Service Worth Mentioning. All Ruth’s Chris Steak Houses have great steak; there is no denying that. Their USDA prime steaks come out perfectly cooked and seasoned, with a great char, on a 500 degree plate. I wanted to mention the service at this particular location because it was superb. A group of co workers and I went here one night down in Maryland. We all had our corporate cards and needed separate checks. Our waiter was more than happy to oblige our request. He was attentive throughout the meal, made great suggestions and seemed generally happy to be there. We all had a great time and are headed back soon. Like their steaks, the service and Ruth’s Chris is unbelievable.
