I love this restaurant and it is good but because I am Vegan there is not a lot of choses On June 13th I travelled from Baltimore. Just to get there. They tell me something was wrong the kitchen. Had to leave. Therefore should be given a complimentary buffet
Poor Service. Food is pretty good, for a buffet. However, I have had service issues on multiple occasions. I used to routinely go there when working in the area due to costs, however my party was double charged (each person) at my last visit and according to my bank, on purpose. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as they have changed prices on my organization multiple times without warning and pulled a questionable double charge. For these reasons they have lost my business.Also, the staff constantly bothered my organization about tipping.
Good. I went to there have dinner with my friends for my birthday. And I was very happy this tonight. The food is very delicious and various.
Greatest buffet. By far the best buffet restasurant in baltimore. forget cactus willy’s, and golden corral, they can’t compare with the variety ,and taste of hibachi grill’s fine food.
This place is awsome. The price is right. The food is fresh and tasty,the selection is incredible. From asperagus to zuchini. Its all there. Wait staff is cute and friendly. A really unique dining experience
Hibachi grill and buffet, have the second to worse services next to McDonalds on Kane and Eastern Ave. The waiter gave us seats next to a large family having a party. We got up to make our plates…. and the family members had sat at our table? The waiters giggle and stair at people. And when you look at them they walk to tables. That’s alittle silly? LOL not all of the waiters act like this but marjoity of them were acting this way. Its not cute..
I was totally surprised. Always go to Cactus Wille’s. Then my son took me to Golden Corral and I hated it. Today we came here and all I can say is Ciao, ciao Cactus Willie. Adios, bye, or ciao, whatever. I love Hibachi Grill. Only one thing though. Need more than a fork to eat though. Especially with having crabs and other meats. But no biggie. And I love mussels, but need more flavor. Like garlic and butter sauce. The service was good, except like I saw a someone else write, they lay that tip tray on the table way too soon. We were not done yet. Kinda felt rushed with them constantly coming over to see if we were done. Some people eat slower than others. But all in all, I love it and will recommend to everyone. Facebook friends and all.
