I love Japanese steakhouses. This bus by far my favorite out of all the ones I’ve been to.
First off its freezing bring ure coat. It took us 20 minutes to get a menu them another 20 to get the check. The sushi was good but not worth the crappy service. Customer service is terrible!
Pretty tasty!. After going to Tony’s for the first time about 4 months ago, we went back to try it again. It was fantastic! Our first impression the first time was that they could use a bit of cleaning in the hibachi area, but the food was ok. When we went back, it was much cleaner. The service was great and the food was fantastic. Perhaps it helped that we went around 9pm on a Friday and there were not many others in the Hibachi area at this time. Everything was cooked very well and the fried rice was simply delicious. We could not have had a better evening.
The sushi at Tony’s is the best I’ve ever eaten. It’s so fresh – my teeth bite through the nori like butter. Yum yum!
TERRIBLE service; will not return. Overal rating: 1 out of 5 stars. To start off, we waited to be seated (as the sign read) to be told to seat ourselves. When we ordered our waiter didn’t speak English and messed up our order and once brought to table spilled our sauces. Once, we were finished our meal, we received our unitemized check, the manager got short when we asked for the menu to add up our bill ourselves. We were charged $40 when our bill should have been around $35. I was angered with the service, I was tempted to walk out without paying. Needless to say, they did not receive a tip. In all, the food was okay but if you are looking for excellent service keep driving to Sakura Japaneese Steakhouse in Ellicott City, it’ll be worth the drive for superior service.
Don’t get up!. After I was seated, and ordered my drink and food, I went to the rest room. When I got back, another couple had arrived, and they were sat in my spot; my stuff was unceremoniously moved to the worst spot to see the action with no comment to me at all.
Horrible Customer Service. My husband and I went to this restaurant this week. Sat at hibachi table and ordered hibachi and sushi. Inquired to the waitress if sushi would be coming out the same time the hibachi was cooked and waitress became very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. Whispered about us to other waitresses and ruined dining experience. Will NEVER eat there again.
