It was ok, nothing more. Could be worse. A basic medium rare steak came out well done. Fried green tomatoes were raw and lacked flavor. The service was good, but the food was pricey. There are better food options in this area.

HORRIBLE!!!. Went there this past Sunday for lunch. They do not have seating for children so we had to keep our 2 year old on our lap. It then took over 45 minutes to get 2 burgers ($10.50 each) and one reuben (another $10.50). The burgers were dry and had no flavor (quite possibly the worst I’ve even had) and the reuben had 4 slices of meat on stale bread. I’ve heard the dinner is better but I won’t be going back to see.

Mediochre. Had lunch here on 12/28/11. We chose this place because the surrounding restaurants were telling us it would be a 25 minute wait. We were seated immediately. The waitress, although pleasant, did not greet us when we sat down. It took forever for us to get our food. During the wait for our food, we had to ASK for bread to munch on since we were starving. It even took them 5 minutes to get our bread, and about 3 minutes after we got the bread, our food arrived. My dining companions were satisfied with their selections- French onion soup, oyster po’boys, green salad. I ordered the crab cake sandwich with dijon aioli, which tasted good, but it was shy on the crab. Everyone at the table agreed that the french fries were very good. Next time I’m in Ellicott City, I will go somewhere else, soley because of the service.

Food wasn’t bad, but you should probably eat before you go since you will be waiting a while.

The steak salad was delicious. Fresh and seasoned perfectly. The crispy tuna entree was the best I’ve had in a long time. . .although, the tuna entree portion size was small, get an appetizer.

Stopped to eat lunch at this restaurant after our visit to the train museum. It took forever to get the food and when we got it, we were quite dissatisfied as to it’s quality.

Quaint Place. A nice place to eat with a warm atmosphere. The food is good, but nothing spectacular. A little pricy, but the service is good.
