OUTSTANDING !!!!!!! 3 of us had the corn beef and cabbage. Best we have ever had. Very busy restaurant but service was still excellent. Will definitely be back.

Awesome. Hands down best place to eat in EC. Wife & I live in Crofton & will still make the trip for brunch. Chef Chad’s really turned the place around in a matter of years. Corned beef poppers and natty boh are a must. Everythin on the menu is fresh, changes seasonally & legit. Highly recommend.

Disappointing. I ordered the spinach salmon salad for $13.99 and found it very disappointing both in appearance and taste. It was a big bowl of slightly wilted greens with a small piece of salmon on one side. The cucumbers and onions were under neath the greens and cut so small it was hard to find or taste them. Some candied pecans were in clumps and way to heavily sugared. Manager/head chef seemed angry when I said the salad was uninteresting for the price. He offered a new salad, but I did not want a new salad at that point. He walked away with no apology or other offer. I would not go back.

Bad experience. I had the roast beef sandwich and substituted a side salad for the fries for an extra 3.99. The side salad was ok, but didn’t have any real lettuce. My friend had the Reuben with fries. The bread was burned and soaking wet so of course it fell apart. The meat inside was so hot it burned her tongue. Her side of fries was ice cold and so overcooked that they were hollow (and greasy, btw). The pickle on the side was limp. There was an elderly lady on the other side of the dining room who complained that her food came out cold too.

Irish food and more. The Rueban sandwich is made with hand carved corned beef piled high, great crab cakes, on St. Patty’s day the Irish Stew was truely delectable

Great Pub – good food. The atmosphere at Kelsey’s is really nice. I enjoy their outdoor area. I have tried a lot of the food and have some favorites and some that didn’t work out the best. I love the scallop appetizer! Also, the BBQ shrimp with grits is nice. My favorite item for a meal is the french dip sandwich. They also have good happy hour prices. ($2 glass of wine)I have tried some of the other food and the only thing I really didn’t like was the cajun pasta dish. Basically it was just pasta with lots of cayenne pepper on it. Other than that, I would recommend this pub!

The BEST that Ellicott City has to offer. If you haven’t been to Kelsey’s in awhile, you need to grab your seats! Since they have rolled out their new menu the days of old, tried & true menu items that have gone stale over the years has gone by the way side. You’ll still be able to find Baltimore’s best (my opinion) Corned Beef, but the chef & staff there have really stepped up and taken on a new standard for pub food. Corned beef poppers are still a fav bar snack on a friday after noon with a cold Kelsey’s Red. My wife & i were there recently with our kids and had an awesome meal. Saffron Mussells, burgers, & steak all came hot, and delicious. You gotta give it a try!
