Really fresh. Been here many times. They have organic teas that are way better than just about everywhere else I’ve been. The matcha is awesome!They have a small sushi menu but the taste and quality are right up there with the best. Especially the sushi rice is excellent. They use highly filtered water for the rice and tea and it makes a huge difference.There’s also a gift shop that has a lot of authentic Japanese stuff. According to the owner, they get a lot of it straight from Japan. Some of the stuff they have I’ve never seen anywhere else before. I got a tea pot there for Christmas. Makes extremely good tea because the leafs are able to fully expand. What a difference!Highly recommend this place.
