Find another place. Service is rude, slow, and about as non-customer friendly as they get. The food is both over priced and average at best. The place literally stinks from mold and needs a complete remodel. Spend your hard earned money someplace else.

We went there for the Sunday brunch. We were seated upstairs with the piano player which was nice. The waiter took about 10 minutes to introduce himself and take our drink order. The Buffett was downstairs so we descended down a steep set of stairs to see what was there. The food was okay with a not so large brunch selection. French toast, bacon, sausage, potatoes, quiche (horrible), and sliced ham. We got back up stairs and still no drink at the table. It’s suppose to be a bottomless bloody mary or mimosa. We found out it was bottomless because you’ll only get one. I over heard a waiter saying he isn’t telling anyone about the omelette that was included because he wanted it to be over sooner. I asked our waiter when we finally received our drinks 25 minutes after we were seated. They were poured from a pre-made pitcher and not made at the bar so I have no idea what took so long. A omelette is included and they had a good selection to stuff it with. The wait staff were unhappy to be there or just mad at something. They would complain out loud and you could hear them. A bus boy was walking around filling water glasses so that was nice. I asked for another drink and he went over and got the pitcher and poured half in my glass and half on the table. He didn’t care and was going to fast. The decor was nice and it was quiet with the piano player gently playing in the background. We are going to give it one more try hoping we get another waiter.
Sunday brunch – not impressive at all. I’m just going to talk about brunch because that’s the only experience I have there. We arrived late, at 1pm and brunch stops at 1pm so I understand that there wasn’t much left . My mistake, I should have checked hours. However I was not impressed at all by what was left. Yes there is choice when you get there early : omelet, potatoes, bacon, tomatoes, fruits, muffins, etc… so OK choice seems to be good but choice is not all.I had a slice of french toast -which was tasteless-, overcooked and bland pasta and smoked salmon which was OK but bagels were terrible. he restaurant in itself is OK, service was OK too although for a buffet brunch there’s not much to do except fill your glass from time to time.I’m glad I had a Groupon and only paid $20 + tip because paying full price ($42) would really have made me angry.
Good dining experience, not rushed, interesting choices, adequate serving size, $15-18 range, free valet, white tablecloths, recommended.
Great!!!. My husband and I, along with another couple went to Portalli’s on New Year’s Eve for the first time. What a wonderful experience. There wasn’t one dish that any of us had that wasn’t excellent. The crab and corn chowder was to die for as well as the oysters. Two of us had the rockfish which was topped with crab, shrimp and scallops and a light cream sauce. Cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were the proper size so you didn’t waddle out when you were finished and the service was great from the moment we came through the door. Can’t wait to go back.
Spaghetti & meatballs. As stated by Gilesgiles, I did notice the soggy romaine lettuce in the Caesar salad, which I had to purchase separate (I think that a spaghetti & meatball dinner should be priced with a side salad, but that’s me). Garlic bread was moist and garlicky, which is good. The spaghetti & meatballs were good. The stingey portion kept me from gorging myself, as is the case with most S&M dinners. Had a Peroni Italian beer to add a sense of authenticity.
