The service here has deteriorated. The location appears to be understaffed, servers also acting as bartenders. Management does not interact with customers. The burgers were good. My initial order of fries were warm, soft and limp. Our server was too busy running the bar to check on us until we finished our burgers. They would not get a manager to explain why I could not try the sweet potato fries for my refill, unless I paid extra. Both are offered as unlimited options. My refill of regular fries were great; hot, crisp on the outside, soft in the middle. I would have enjoyed them much more with my burger. My tea was never refilled.

Food has always been great execpt when they changed the macho nacho. Adding chili made chips soggy. And now the don’t even carry them any more. But this is still my favorite place to eat. And the staff is fantastic.
