  I’ve been to the BJ’s in Frederick, MD three times now and I just don’t see myself ever going back. If you want to wait a long time to be seated, wait at least 30 minutes for your food to come to the table and don’t mind to have an incorrect order each time, this is the place to go. I also find the food to be subpar. The pizzas are wet and very salty, the salads are wilted and the fries are cold, just to give some examples. After three tries I give up, I think there are just far too many excellent restaurants in Frederick to waste my time going back here. In all fairness my husband likes it here, but I think they are spread too thin with such a huge menu and they should refine their dishes and re-focus to have fewer but better quality options. Just my two cents because as busy as it is it is every time we go it seems like a lot people love it.

  Mad Customer. First let me say the food was good, but the service was a joke. My daughter and I went their for lunch new place and we were excited. The waitress started off good until she brought us the check which took forever. Well she brought us the wrong check, so I flagged her over and told her, she took it over to her manager which we could see, we sat and sat about 20 min. I finally got up and went over and ask what was taking so long and they said we are trying to figure it out so I went back to our table. Well she came back and again wrong check , so I flagged her again and when she got their I told her and she was embarrassing she started waving her hands and saying I’m so sorry and I don’t know what to do, so she took it to her manager again another 20 min. he came over put it on the table and said here with NO APOLOGY Unbelievable I was so pissed we were not looking for a free meal just maybe I’m sorry for this what a joke…..I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN BJ’S AGAIN and will tell my family and friends how RUDE the manager is their and that one waitress and to stay away . You do not treat your customer that way……..and don’t you think before you give your customer their check you should look at it first , she was only doing two top tables.

  Don’t waste a date night!. Not good. Our server was nice enough and the resturant is pretty. That’s where my praise ends. The food took an hour and forty minutes to come out at which point half the order was cold the other half inedable due to being extremely burnt. I have never felt the urge to cry over a 30 dollar meal before. We cant afford to go out alot so this was a huge let down. The manager came to the table just to give us attitude and not even come close to fixing the problem. So disappointing. Please don’t waste a date night on this place.

  Just opened. Still working out a few kinks on getting food out timely however it was worth the wait. I’ll definitely go again. Good luch spot.
