The staff here works very well together. They are attentive to customers. They are a little slow when it comes to keeping the dining area clean. The food is always fresh and as expected. I like the fresh brewed tea here. They have outside seating. The loyalty program is worth joining.

Finally a good sub in Frederick!. This place beats all the others hands down!!! The bread is delicious and their meats are tool Love the staff so friendly, cheerful and personable even while behind the counter.That was in June 2011, now its Apr 2012 and the manager changed around 6 months ago. The staff are still friendly, but everyone seems distracted and unsure of what their job is for the day. Use to enjoy stopping by and taking home a sub on Friday evenings, seldom go anymore.
Service was very slow at lunch rush. Lots of employees just standing around. Not worth the wait for mediocre lunch meat.
