First time. My husband and I were looking for a new chinese resturant to try for our tradition of having chinese on New Years Day. I don’t think we will be returning. I ordered chicken with cashews and my husband ordered General Tso’s chicken. We both thought our entrees were sweeter than your would normally find. I don’t know what they put in the sauces to make them sweet but they did waaay too much. I took one bite and couldn’t eat anymore. The flavor was all wrong. The service was mediocre. There were 2 people handling all the tables. You could tell they were very stressed out. For an appetizer we got the steamed dumplings. They were amazing! The point of this review is not to necessarily be negative, but to inform the reader as to what to expect. The reviews are great, so clearly people enjoy it. Just didn’t fit my taste profile. I hope this review helps!
OMG no!. This restaurant is hideous. A Roache was in the hot and sour soup and they doubled charged oyr ctedit card for delivery and it took is weeks to get it reversed. Definitely not worth the trouble.
I’ve been eating here for years and it’s SO good! It’s way better than china garden and all those other Chinese food places around here but it’s like a hidden gem. I’ve been coming here for years and the family that owns and runs this place is so nice and always send us home with extra free fried rice and knock a few bucks off the bill. The orange beef is the best thing ever!!
Excellent Food. Been eating there for 15 years, and the food is allways extremely good and employees are very friendly, whats not to like??
Most excellent restaurant — very customer focused. We went to Peking Gourmet for the first time today. The service was fabulous and they were particularly sensitive to my gluten allergy. The food was VERY Fresh; the service was wonderful; the noise level was low in the restaurant, so we could sit and talk. Thank you!!!
Great service and food.
Have eaten here numerous times and it’s consistently good. Not as good as China Garden, but solid and the portions are generous. Friendly owners.
