My rating is based on similar fast food restaurants. The food here is always fresh tasting and served at expected temperatures, served in a timely manner. The kitchen area appears to be clean and well-maintained. The associates are courteous yet somewhat robotic. They tend to only use one of the three registers even if a line is forming. They do deliver orders to your table which is nice. The dining area is not checked on for cleanliness. Abandoned tables will sit unclean indefinitely. I like their freshly brewed teas, both unsweetened and sweetened.
