I’ve dined here several times the past few months. The food has been as expected. I found the food service at the bar to be impersonal and slow. The table service was excellent. I like the ability to pay at the table. The device supports recognizing their loyalty program. I enjoyed the Wedgie burger, cooked medium as I requested. The side salad was a good sized serving. My server was attentive, brought me a drink refill and checked on me several times.

Great! Gluten free rolls. Finally, found a place that serves gluten free rolls. The roll was so good, I would have never guessed it was gluten free. Service was good, and helpful for those who have allergies/intolerances. Only thing I found somewhat annoying was the music was so loud that I could barely hear the server and talk to others at the table. Definitely will be back, now that I can go somewhere and not have to take my own gluten free roll.
Only the hamburger. Been several times now, dont really enjoy going. Too noisy, crowded, and dont care for the atmosphere. This afternoon (Wednesday) went in around 4pm and finally found it almost completely emptied. Fried zucchini and onion straws were dripping in grease, did like the marinara sauce for the zucchini though. Ordered a hamburger with lettuce for the bun and I actually finally liked something from here. Messy, but the sweet waitress suggested having the kitchen slice it in half which was very helpful. Thank goodness summer is almost here and we can enjoy grilling/eating hamburgers outside at home.
In general, I like Red Robin… but…. The Frederick MD location has provided me some of the worst service I’ve experienced. The waitstaff is nice, just not efficient. 3 separate visits spread over 6 months and each experience was not very good. I’ll try again in another couple months to see if I get better results.
Love it!. Best burgers in town. They’re huge and you definitely get a great portion for the amount of $ you’re spending. It can get a little crowded at times, but they’re pretty good about getting guests in and out. The food comes out very quickly for the most part. Every staff member that I’ve ever spoken to at the restaurant has been very friendly. The bottomless fries are excellent! My favorite items are definitely the Whiskey River BBQ burger and the Chicken Caprese. If you don’t know what to order, definitely try one of those and I assure you’ll be satisfied!
This place still seems to be packed on weekends and it’s incredibly noisy. There’s a large menu and in 3 visits we’ve had some good, some very average choices. Most sandwiches and the cheeseburger were very good. Turkey burger was bad. Steak fries are all you can eat and pretty good. Sweet potato fries were bad and cost extra. Very thin and got cold and rubbery fast. Service was very good, but it’s so noisy and then add backround music and the servers have to yell to be heard. It’s impossible to carry on a conversation at your table.
