Sorry to say but has definitely gone down hill. Still a great location for an excellent selection of draft micro brews but the menu has been significantly limited for some reason. Used to have a good selection to pair with the great beer choices but seems to have lost their way. If you want a good beer then definitely stop in but go elsewhere for the food.

Great simple spot if you like microbrews. We stick to weeknights because it gets crowded. Very laid back with fresh food.

Identity Crisis. My biggest problem with The Roasthouse is that they fancy themselves a gastro-pub. If they were doing regular bar food it might be better, but honestly they can’t even cook a steak or a burger right. The vegetables were microwaved & the risotto was made with milk, it tasted like salty rice pudding. It’s also over priced considering the quality of the food & it’s preparation. It’s really a shame, because it’s got an awesome beer selection & it’s quite cozy. I’d drink there again, but I’ll never eat there again.

Party of 3 for dinner. Each entree was different yet delicious. Beer selection wide and wonderful. Service was very good. Nice place for conversation and good eats

Meh… They seem to have th…. Meh…They seem to have the beer and ambiance down, but the food and service need some work. The server had no charm and a bit of a chip on her shoulder. They were out chicken, avocado and veggie burgers-roughly 50% of their menu. Pork sandwich was pretty good, but on the cold side. The potatoes on the side were unremarkable.

Very Good! A favorite. This…. Very Good! A favorite. This is not a chain restaurant (thank goodness). It is a small place both physically (about 15-20 tables + bar) and in their offerings of beer and food. So yes, they do run out of things now and again. I’ve never had a problem finding something good. They have 20 taps of unique beer. It is consistently a nice, unusual selection. The food is quality, and the beer pairings the recommend are generally spot on.I highly recommend this place. But I can see where it might not be up everyone’s alley. It is different. But that is what I like about it.

Not impressed. While above it says the average meal is $10-15, a meal for two of us cost about $45 (with only one beer btw.) Service was just okay – the server never checked with us or refilled water. Mac and cheese is not what you expect and has very little cheese – also, be prepared, as it is baked with bread crumbs on top. I had the garbonzo cakes, vegetable medley, and potatoes. The garbonzo cakes were ok – everything else was not. This was the kind of atmosphere and service for a neighborhood bar, but at the prices of a more upscale place. Basically, the price was not worth the quality of food nor the service.
