It seems like every female that works in there is always rude or snobby. The place usually smells like urine. I also don’t want to pay a cover charge, especially when their is no entertainment. Takes awhile to get a drink, even when they aren’t busy. Food isnt impressive.
Disappointed. After calling Bushwallers and seeing when they were serving dinner on St. Patricks Day, we approached the restaurant at 4PM and were told there was a $10 cover charge per person. There was no mention of that whatsoever on their web-site or on the phone when I spoke with them.Shame on them for this…we won’t go back.
Love it. My wife and I really enjoy eating here. The food has been great and the service is also great!!! Food and drink specials seem to be everynight. It really has the dark feel of an Irish pub and is a grea place for a family meal….. but it does turn into bar later in the evening.
Stay Away. ST. Patricks day ok – any other time no – this place is a filthy dive, draws a seedy crowd and they cover charge you to death – not worth going in.
Pass. Two years ago I was there with my GF on a weekday evening. We were looking for a place to get some apps and a few drinks and they wanted an $8.00 cover charge. When I questioned why so much on a weekday evening the bouncer basically got real snooty and basically said tough go somewhere else. So we did and had a nice time at Isabella s and havent been back to Bushwaller’s since. I have live in Frederick for 30+ years and there are too many interesting places downtown and outside the city to have to put up with that crap.
