Didn’t get my complete order and was treated very rude when called in about it. Ordered a delivery totaling $10. Lady taking order said I had to buy something else because the delivery was $12.00 minimum. I order a can or pepsi and a redbull and 3 wings. My total is now $20. I get my order not drink.I call to ask for my drinks. She says I don’t get a drink. She starts yelling after me calmly explaining what I ordered and what she said to me.. She yells saying what you want free drink. It was not a good outcome. I have never been treated so rudely by a business!!! At the end of it all I got her name and will be going in to talk to her manager tomorrow.

We live a good 20+ miles away from Frederick now, but still drive up to get their food. Hands down, they have got the best hot & sour soup on the planet! My son enjoys the Orange Chicken. I like the Singapore Mei Fun. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. Do yourself a favor and give Charley’s a try today!
