I cant believe this place has such high reviews to start the salsa had no flavor until I added hot sauce. The tacos el pastor were over cooked pork chunks without any hint of pineapple and flowerttortilla not corn.just not authentic at all.
Love this place. We always stop by when we are on that side of Frederick around dinner time. The staff is quick and courteous, and the food is always top notch.
Good South American Cuisine. Big portions of tasty food. The salsa was a bit disappointing as it was watery, but all else was on the spot. We enjoy spicy food and, having eaten here twice, learned the secret at Santa Rosa’s: Ask your server. On our first outing, we ordered what the menu called spicy but, aside from a bit of a bite, was not to our taste. The second time in we asked and were pointed to several dishes. Ordered, eaten, enjoyed! Hot but full of flavor, they were great.
Love the selections. Nice surprise! Pleasant staff, nice atmosphere, good food. Def go back again.
