Excellent Dishes, Feel Good After Eating at the Orchard. We have been going to The Orchard since they opened many years ago. It’s a great place if you have people with varying tastes and dietary restrictions, as they have great vegetarian and meat dishes. The food is always fresh and well prepared and the portion sizes are reasonable but not overwhelming.
Our favorite place. My wife and i have been going to the orchard for about 3 years. we go at least monthly, usually more often. even though it’s about an hour drive, it is well worth the time and miles. there is plenty to do in frederick anyway. but if not, we’d still go for the orchard. the food is very well prepared with quality ingredients. the staff is knowledgeable of the menu and make-up of the dishes and are extremely service oriented. we have never been disappointed. the owner, the affable jim, is usually there to oversee things and often times asks ‘how did we do tonight?’ it’s so worth the trip.
Great food at reasonable price. Great waitstaff. Can’t wait to try all the other noodle options!
Amazingly Fresh Food!. The atmosphere and food quality here makes this place a must in Frederick! Everything is fresh and natural, which really shines through in the flavor. I had the small house salad with sesame vinigarette and creole stir fry with shrimp. The vegetables in the salad were bright and just tasted so fresh! The dressing was homemade and also very tasty. The stir-fry was a little heavy for lunch, but the shrimp were juicy and perfectly cooked, along with the fresh vegetables. The tomato sauce on it had bug chunks of tomato and had just enough spice. Lastly, the organic brown rice had a nice texture and flavor as well. I’m very into health foods, so finding brown rice was a bonus! Overall, the lunch experience was exactly how it should be. Food arrived quickly and was perfect. Will definitely be going back!
Great Food! You must try it !. If you are in the area and look for a place with healthy and delicious food, don’t think it twice, you must try this place. Pick a glass of wine and one of the delicious entrees. We went to this place in a group of 9 people. Everybody tried something different, Everybody LOVES IT.
Good food, felt rushed by someone in a baseball cap glaring at our table. Sorry brah, just here to spend money on your restaurant. :unamused:
