Had my office Christmas party. Upper floor was to be for my office. They had other table with guest in are area. Food did not come out sometime for all. My prime rib was under cook, sent back and next one was worst than the first. Never got my food as I refused third attempt. Another member of my party steak was over cooked. Service was slow and did not refill drink. My biggest issue is with me paying the bill and in charge of 28 person party that the owner down stairs did nothing. She never came up to help or take charge of problem. Will never go back.
Good Food But Awful Parking. Went to Sand Springs with a large group and really enjoyed eating upstairs away from the noise and the bar. The food was fine and we had a really good attentive server. Even though we were a large party there was something for everyone on the menu including the children. However, the one really really bad aspect of Sand Springs is their parking. HORRENDOUS! While they have a small lot beside the restaurant, we had to park on the street about a half mile from the restaurant and had to hike up the hill to get there. The parking may be a deal breaker and I would seriously have to consider whether or not I felt like doing extreme physical activity, which leaves you sweaty and gasping for dear life, right before dinner.

They arrived less than 5 minutes before food. I ordered crab cakes, mac-n-cheese, and sweet potato. Crab cakes were soggy and only slightly warm, potato was yellowish and tasted funny, mac-n-cheese was alright. My friends did not finish their meals either. Two of us ended up not feeling good after. Left no tip and was highly disappointed. Do NOT waste your money.
Sand springs satisfies. My 1st time eating here was Tue evening. I read the reviews and got a little nervous but I went to thir very nice website and reviewed the menu and decided to go. It was $3 margarita night and we discovered upon being seated that dring specials are NOT honored in the dining room, so we moved to a high table in the bar. Being Tue it was quiet and not busy so the service was great. Food came out VERY HOT and fresh. We started with the yummy crab dip. The house salads were very good with blu cheese and real bacon crumbled on top. Boyfriend had a steak done to perfection with REAL mashed potatoes, and I had crab and shrimp augratin which was rich and decadent. All in all a very good dining experience. Oh… and good margaritas too!!!
Ok, Sat afternoon. Service was slow. Finally brought food and of course our drinks were empty, took another 5-10 min to return with our drinks. Food was okay to good. Took a long time to get check. I hate waiting to pay. Not bad as long you get better service than what we did. 3 people. 1 appetizer and 3 meals $39.00 plus (tip?).
