I suggest grabbing a menu, they are along the wall, to make ordering leas complicated. You start with a base, greens and rice. From here nothing is marked, thus my suggestion of picking a menu up. When they are busy, it is too noisy to hear anything. Next you select up to three dips, followed by a choice of protein, several of which cost extra. Lots of additional and unlimited toppings are then available to choose from, all of which are fresh and flavorful. Finally select a dressing. This alone is almost $10 after tax. They have a great selection of fresh juice and teas, plus a speciality soda fountain.There is outside seating, inside is clean but loud, specially during lunch or dinner when they are typically crowded.All if the ingredients are fresh and well prepared, served at appropriate temperature. The dining area is well-maintained and stocked. Hard to not have a great meal here.
