Horrible service. The food was very very spicy. And then I got the biryani and it came with 4 huge chunks of bones with a little bit of meat attached to it! Never again!Wish I could upload the pic. I wrote about this to the main office but did not get a response. Lack of curtesy and indifference to customer dissatisfaction just shows how much they care!!!

The Service was Horrible. They gave our order to someone else and we were a big party. By the time the Biryani arrived everyone one was already done and tired of the place. I do not need an embarrassment as a host of a party. I would not arrange an event or a party there. The staff was also not at par with the supposed rating of the place. Would not go there by choice and would not recommend. The food is well made though.

Basic Indian Fare with the Feel of a National Chain. This restaurant is located next to a Trader Joe’s and probably gets a lot of traffic from people trying to not shop while hungry. It is widely known that food can taste better, the T-value my friends call it, when you are hungrier. The T-value was pretty high for me that night. The chicken tikka masala was not very spicy, even with a request for medium spice. I added garlic naan to my order and they included the plain naan as well. This seemed like a lot of bread, so I focused on the garlic naan, which also seemed fresh out of the tandoor. There were two large-ish parties (10+ diners) but this did not seem to slow down the service. This is a kid friendly venue, so if you are looking for a place for quiet conversation and romance, go somewhere else. There was a large flat screen TV which had two Bollywood music videos that repeated twice and then locked up. The technical difficulties did not detract from the meal, but festive music always adds something to the dining experience. Maybe entertainment (E) should be added as a new variable to the restaurant equation.

Great place! Worth a visit!. The reviews that appear for this restaurant are actually for the place that used to be at the same address: a good kabob place with gyros that added American food to the menu and then went under. Paradise Biryani is an overpriced chain with no atmosphere, a limited menu, and unmotivated staff. Drive a little farther and get good Indian food from an independent restaurant.
