  Fast friendly service for lunch, delicious noodle soup. The salty soda was too much for my western pallette though. I look forward to trying some their rice dishes. Worth the trip if you are looking some outside the ubiquitous chinese restaurants in Rockville.

  Improved Beef Noodle Soup. I love Vietnamese noodle soup and came on several occasions. On the last occasion I really enjoyed my visit.I came on a semi-busy afternoon with my companion and we started with the garden rolls on his recommendation as the appetizer. The services was very amateur and slow. They seemed to have had many recent hires and they alternated between serving and busing. The garden rolls arrived well after the noodles.The noodle soup was what I came for and will be the focus. I love the Pho near Rockville T.C. and is extremely loyal to it. WIth that said, the noodle soup here is exceeded my standards this time. Before, I had issues with the very strong cinnamon taste in the soup that masked the beef broth. It seemed they tuned it down nowaydays or perhaps it is just this occasion. In any case, I give 5 soupy stars to this place (based on noodle soup standards) and it is now my new favorite for Vietnamese noodle soup. But, the services only gets 2/5 because it was extremely slow (15 minute wait v. usual <5) and there was loud commotions coming out of the kitchen.
