This is a great place for a long, slow meal. Ive been several times and have never had to wait. Each time, I get the all you can eat. You can choose from several broths which they happily top off when the level seem to get a bit low. There is a solid variety of meats, veggies an seafood items (they have octopus!!!!) to cook at the table. They also have a nice complementary sauce bar with several sauces (e.g. beef, soy, sesame, black bean) an spices (e.g. ginger, garlic, cilantro, season, spring onions). You can make your own dipping sauce or add it to the broth.Normally the service is great, though the last time one of the servers seemed miffed when we asked for rice and was extremely curt when he told us the bowl he brought was the last they had – how does a Chinese restaurant run out of rice?Despite his poor attitude, it won’t stop me from going back. Definitely one I recommend.
