Fox 5 came on a good day. I listened to Fox 5 raving about kBQ. So I wanted to check the restaurant out for my self. My son and I drove 17 miles and discovered a slow moving ordering line. We waited to preview the menu then order. Four people in front of us took over 15 min. Another 20 to get our food and no bread pudding! Stride #1. Next came the food which looked good and portion size good. The brisket was tough as shoe leather. Collard greens had so much pepper you could not enjoy the greens, strikes 2 and 3! When I asked to exchange the brisket I had to provide a detailed explanation. It took 10 minutes for the waiter/ busboy to return and I was offered a chicken breast, the guy walked away and returned 4 minutes later to say it would take 20 minutes to cook the breast, he could give me a leg instead. I agreed and it took 15 minutes with me asking to get it in a box to go, Strikes 4and 5, i will take my BQ from Famous Daves’ in the future!
