Worst service ever! Was seated and never waited on. Walked out. When I questioned where my waitress was was told it was shift change… But there were wait staff everywhere walking around just not doing anything.
Service sucks. Waitress said she’d be right back, kept walking around me to other customers, I been seated for 20 minutes, and she still haven’t taken my order. I need to speak to a manager, because this is ridiculous!
Got appetizer plate. Was cold, very greasy & pretzel sticks made us both I’ll immediately on first bite. Ribs were dry, tough & tasteless. Coleslaw was horrible -looked & tasted old with chopped up green onions to make it look greener & fresh. Steak w/langostinos – dry, tasteless, langostinos were tiny- not At ALL like photo & almost no sauce. We brought it home to give to dog & he wouldn’t eat it! Veggies were frozen yellow squash- again no taste & squishy. Wow.. What a letdown.. Fridays used to be one of my favorite restaurants… We won’t be going back there again.. Oh, & the service was HORRIBLE & SLOW!!!!

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!!! I ate lunch here at the bar. The beer was flat, the bartender barely attends to you. The burger I ordered that was supposed to come with bacon came with three little square pieces of bacon…HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Will never go back
Over the years they remodeled the place and it’s the talk if town spot for every one love the food, the drinks and people are friendly
Although I love Friday’s food, my experience at this restaurant was horrible. To begin with, our waitress was also the bartender so she was very unattentive and lackadaisical. To matters worse, they overcharged my bank account almost four hundred dollars and it has been two weeks. I’ve yet to receive a refund. Their customer service level is ZERO…and the 1800 Fridays phone number is no help either. They have stupid guest relations people who care nothing about your experience and merely type your complaints into a computer and you never hear anything back from management. BOTTOM LINE, DON’T EAT HERE!!! Horrible location, horrible managers by the name of Darren Finch and Rick Collins, and a horrible waitress by the name of Adessa.
