Food was Good. I suggest the crab dip, chicken lettuce wraps and calamari, all great appetizers
Don’t waste your time unless you have time to waste. We showed up at 7:45pm, waited 10 minutes for a waitress, ordered our appetizer and our entree at the same time. We did not get our entree until 9:00pm and got it to go. Food was good, but service was just awful and long.
Macaroni With Crab. Everything was great! Service, atmosphere, parking and price, would go back again, and hopefully soon!
Terrible. I have always enjoyed bulls and bears, until last my last few visits, and especially last night. My family and I received terrible service. We had ordered drinks and appetizers. After 15 minutes of our food order being taken, our server a female, had came back and said we are out of calamari. So, our order had not even been put in until 15 minutes after we ordered. As well, the manager had stated she had worked there for years, shouldn’t one know the menu? So we choose another appetizer, wait 30 minutes for them, and they are dropped off. We had empty glasses for over 20 minutes, and had never been checked on to see how the food was. As I was eating my grilled chicken, I cut a piece in half and come to find it was pink and raw. We asked for the manager and he took a whopping $5 off the bill for serving RAW chicken, and terrible service. He said he was unaware and there wasn’t much he could do. Why and how are you a manager? The only good part of our experience was Tony, who was a very helpful and kind bartender. We will not return. 28 South right down the block has much better service, quality, and dedication to their guests.
Atmosphere looked great. Food smelled great. Unfortunately it took 5-10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us to be seated. Waitress took our drink amd appy order fast then 15 mins later we still didnt have any drinks. So we left. They were slightly busy with some big tables but only had a waitress and one bartender working. Maybe they should hire more waitstaff.
