Terrible service and RUDE staff. Terrible customer service and RUDE staff. Would like to give 0 stars just like the lack of food and service that I received but that isn’t an option. Placed a to go order holding the chicken on an entree bc I’m a vegetarian and was told she trying to pick up order that no discount would be made for this-so I’m supposed to pay full price for a bowl of leaves with no chicken and they couldn’t just tell me this over the phone when I asked initially and was told yes?! Asked to speak to a manager 2x and was told that they were busy and perhaps I could call back later or tomorrow. No thank you!-What could have been an easy accommodation or a simple no we can not adjust told to me over the phone when placing the order just lead to the loss of a customer for life! Nice customer service cafe del sol! Join the rest of the dead beat restaurants in this town quickly with that attitude!!
One of my fave places. Everytime someone asks me where I would like to eat I say Cafe Del Sol. This place is a hidden treasure. The plaza it is in does not showcase it enough but is deff worth going to. I have tried numerous items on the menu. Some of my favorites are the spinach dip appetizer, gyro with the homemade chips, the chicken pesto panini, the chicken or steak quesadillas and the california salad. The chocolate cake for dessert is the best cake in town. My favorite menu item I used to get was the Mexican wrap but they got rid of it, so other then them getting rid of my favorite thing I have no complaints. The staff is always very friendly and attentive.
