Nice Friday evening. We drove over from York for the music – guitarist Mike Gellar and clarinetist Anita ? . Wonderful counterpoint between the instruments. Lovely music all evening! We started with the seared Ahi Tuna on a bed of Asian-dressed slaw. Very good. One of us ordered the Prime Rib special. It could have been warmer. Another ordered a pasta dish which arrived cold (not a salad). I ordered the seared scallops on Forbidden (black) rice. Delicious and just right. We got the $10.00 bottle of wine deal, which easily served three or more. Not great wine, but worth it.

Food is outdated. Bland appetizers, overpriced entrees. Bagged store bought salad, freezer veggies, store bought rolls. The only good item was the martini. Waitstaff friendly & efficient. Save your money.

Good experience.. I had a good experience when I had dinner here recently. I got chicken bites for an appetizer and the Wednesday hamburger special and sweet potato fries. All very good. The martinis (blueberry) I got were fabulous. My only issue was that we sat two feet from the bar in the dining room so that did not qualify us for the happy hour drink pricing. That meant it was $9 for just one martini when had I been sitting two feet over the pricing would’ve been two for $10. I’m not sure I agree that where you are sitting in a small establishment should make a difference when it comes to pricing, but who knows – maybe there is a good explanation for this that I’m not aware of.
