Angela refused my order. Hostile store run by poor management Angela who shouts while greeting people – pretends to be happy but really annoys customers. Angela fires every other worker since she was hired. She has accumulated a record of causing scenes inside and outside the store – calling the cops every other week making customers laugh as they drive by. Tried to order a latte with coconut milk the other day but she used regular milk – when my wife told her Angela refused to fix the order. Other baristas seem nice and professional. But after dealing with Angela numerous times it’s time to switch stores – NOT RECOMMENDED.
