Denial. At first my family really liked this restaurant. The quality slowly started to slip and the food was Luke warm. I took a bite of my chicken dish and immediately spit it out. It was completely rancid. When I told the waitress she got the manager. He went to the hot table and grabbed a plate, and took it behind a wall. He proceded to come over and call me a liar. We weren’t trying to get our meal for free or even a discount, just let them know so no one would get sick. He just went back to the buffet, stirred and walked back to his post. We paid. And will never go back.
Chinese Buffet – Good Food, Large Variety. Buffet food will never be world class, but as Chinese buffets go, this is a good one. The interior is huge, and much of the central space is taken up by rows of warmers containing entrees and sides, as well as some cold ones. Among the Chinese (or generally Asian) items are meat loaf, pizza, mac and cheese, ribs, and several other American items. The ribs are better than I expected, but I can’t vouch for the other American foods. Like most other Chinese buffets I’ve been to, the food seems to be geared toward American tastes…cooked with lots of butter/oil, lots of cheese in certain dishes. The common joke about being hungry an hour after you eat Chinese does NOT apply here. You’re more likely to be asleep than hungry. But you can find lighter food here too. The Mongolian grill, the sushi, cold octopus salad, all are very good. So are the mussels and salmon in orange sauce. Far more variety than I could dig up from memory. The guys at the back who do the sushi and the grill do a great job. This is one of the better Chinese buffets I’ve been to.It’s all self-serve, so there’s not a lot to say about the wait staff. When you go for seconds or for dessert, your old plate is gone before you get back. They are attentive to refills on your drink. Most of them look like they’d really rather be somewhere else, but they do their jobs efficiently, so I generally tip as I would if they had served the meal as well as busing tables and filling drinks. Been there many times. It’s well worth the return trips for a reasonably priced meal, and it’s good quality for a buffet.
Best buffet around. Such a wide variety of food. They have chinese and japanese entrees, american choices, fresh sushi bar, a hibachi bar you can choose what meat and veggies you want and they cook it fresh in front of you. So many choices, very clean, all the food was delicious. I have no complaints. Make sure you are hungry because there are so many different options.
Awesome!. The very best of everything. Sushi is incredible … the whole place is clean … the staff is courteous …. BUT IT’S THE FOOD!
Wide variety of sushi and seafood dishes. Excellent Mongolian grill. Very affordable, $10 a head. Best Asian buffet I’ve found in the area.
