  Two ladies that I work with and myself decided to try sandwiches from Turtles subs for lunch. After reviewing the menu I had two sandwiches i couldn’t decide between. I asked the guy at the counter which was his favorite between the two (as input since we’ve never been here.) He laughs at my question I asked and makes a smart comment. When my coworker asked a question he was sarcastic with her. Nevertheless we all grabbed a table after placing our order. 45 mins had went by people that ordered after us had gotten their food and left. At this point we needed to get back to the office, so my coworker had asked if our lunch was going to be up yet. The gentleman walked away from us. A few mins had went by and he came out with our lunches. When my coworker told him it was ridiculous and asked to speak with the manager. He said i am the owner and she said he wanted to address the issue with him he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. No i’m sorry no nothing! I have worked in the business for many years myself. And where I have always worked the customer came first and was always right. WELL we get back to our office to finally after an 1 hour and 15 mins get to eat our lunches AND none of the sandwiches were made correctly. THIS place is horrible!!!! NEVER AGAIN will i be going there. Also while getting ready to leave a gentleman that had ordered lunch as well told us to never come there expecting a quick lunch that it always takes forever.

  GREAT SUBS. This restaurant has terrific subs. You can eat in or carry out and it does not drain your pocketbook whatsoever which is terrific in these economic slow times. When you want to treat yourself, treat yourself to the very best!!!!
