I just got a whole fried turkey from this place and it was the best turkey that I have ever eaten. I also got collard greens and they were perfectly cooked and seasoned. This small restaurant specializes in turkey prepared in a wide variety of cooking styles. When I was there it was carry-out only, but I was told that a dining area is coming soon. The place was clean, with the waiting area equipped with comfortable couches and t.v. so you can relax while your order is prepared. The whole fried turkey requires 24 hr. notice, but the variety of other dishes are prepared individually, but quickly. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and pleasant and I would certainly encourage anyone to try this unique restaurant.
