    Good crab cake. Grade: B-This is a nice change from your typical highway plaza restaurant choice. Phillips presents a good Maryland crab cake sandwich, using lump and backfin meat without too much filler. Not bad for the $12.99 price. (I hate the fact that they use Ken’s tartar sauce, which includes red pepper and carrot [?]…stick to salad dressing, Ken!) It’s easy to go too heavy, so it was nice that the waffle fries were seasoned with just enough Old Bay.
