Rock hard chicken crisp sandwich. Normally I enjoy the food at tim horton’s even though their variety of sandwiches is small, but today I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich that really lived up to it’s name because the chicken patty was so overcooked that I couldn’t even bite into it because it was so rock hard. They did cook me another chicken patty, but it was the inconvenience of having to go all the way down to the ground level and have to wait until they made another sandwich. Something should be done to institute some kind of quality control to check the meat before making the sandwich, and it would be nice if they gave you something for your trouble and inconvenience like a free donut!
