I like this resturaunt. Always satisfied here. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Very polite,very tasty. They’re very reliable and not overly expensive, very reasonably priced. I would 9/10 times recommend wok to go. My personal food recommendation would be sesame chicken, wonton soup, sweet potato sushi,and steamed dumplings. Definitely one of my favorites.
Indignant. Just summarizing by saying that after 7 years of giving them really good business, they screwed up my order (no biggie) but when I called them to alert them, they were very indignant on the phone saying I lied to them and it was my mistake. They begrudgingly brought corrected order, all while continuing to yell at me at my own front door, again calling me rude and a liar. They will never get another penny from me!
Mostly good, however, rude service at times. Wok to Go has decent food when you need food quick and or are on the go. However, the young woman who answers the phone has no MANNERS or customer service skills. The food has declined a little bit. I do disagree with other reviews though. The reason why is because every restaurant should hold a certain standard when it comes to service and food. Nobody should have to feel uncomfortable in a restaurant, drive through, or any other place that is suppose to be serving the customer.
Rude people. The girl who answers the phone is nasty ! She rushes you and isA complete brat.
Wok To Go Forever. Wok To Go has been around for a little while now and I go here all the time (not exaggerating.) NEVER have I EVER received poor service or any where close to poor service… The young people that work the front register are always very friendly as well as polite and have always expressed a professional demeanor. They work exceptionally hard (and well) to get orders correct and get them out in a timely manner. (Have you all not noticed just how busy Wok To Go always is…?) I think older people’s expectations are set too high. This isn’t Fogo De Chao, people!! This is an easy-going, laid back, come get your sushi and leave kind of place and it is PERFECT. The quality of the food has never been a disappointment. The food is just absolutely delicious and flawless… IN FACT, IT IS BETTER THAN CHOPSTIX SUSHI. (I PROMISE) Not to mention, I always modify my orders and they have never once messed my order up.The people of Wok To Go deliver exactly what they’re supposed to… (No pun intended.) I absolutely DISAGREE with the poor reviews Wok To Go has received. Good quality service, great quality food (better than Golden Szechaun/Hing Wah/Kim Wah/Chopstix.. any of your local chinese places)

Declining. When wok to go first opened the food was excellent, but The past couple of times I have ordered here it has been a let down. Food isn’t spicy at all as advertised, sauces missing, funny after-tastes… I think this order will be the last. I’ll drive a few minutes further and hit up chopstix next time.
