A little disappointed. We got off I-95 in search of food and found some at the Chesapeake Grill. Thinking of seafood and being in Maryland, Crabcakes …

Just Don’t. We decided to try this place despite reading mixed reviews because we were starving and most of the reviews seemed like breakfast at least would be good. I usually don’t write reviews but I feel like this one was necessary. Just don’t. Just don’t even go there and waste your money on over priced food that is cooked wrong, cold and just plain gross. Just don’t.
Decent gyro
Great Place. I dont know what these people are talking about! The portions are huge! ou get an entree and salad and sides. its more than enough. the staff is very friendly and the owner is very nice. the food was delicious and fresh. i will be back.
Bad service, bad food. My husband have been trying to find a good place for breakfast since they closed the diner in Fallston. We ate breakfast here one day and it wasn’ too bad, so we decided to give it another try. What a disappointment. I ordered the Belgian waffle and bacon. The waitress seemed disinterested in us and I had a bad feeling. I put the butter on my waffles and it didn’t melt and the bacon was limp and cold. I had asked for extra napkins when I placed my order and my husband had to get up and get them for me. The waitress rushed by us at some time after we got our food and asked if we wanted anything else we said no and she rushed off. When we went to pay the bill we told them their food was cold and inedible and they were still going to make us pay for it. The waitress said she had gone by and asked us how the food was and I said no you asked us if we wanted anything else. Needless to say we are still looking for a good place to eat breakfast in Havre De Grace, MD.
Very Disappointing. We gave it a try. I’m sorry to say it was a waste of time and money. The first clue was the empty parking lot on a Friday night. We were seated and the host barely spoke. We got the same attitude when we paid the bill. There was a lot of noise and laughter coming from the other room, which later I saw was the staff. We listened to that while waiting for someone to acknowledge we were even there. We waited more than 10 minutes for a waitress to even talk to us, and no, it was not busy. There were maybe 3 other tables at most. The waitress threw a hand written note on the table which contained the specials and sides of the day. We ordered and proceeded to the salad bar as instructed. I’ve seen better looking salad bars in grocery stores. On my return the waitress said, please tell your husband his entree does not come with the 2 sides he ordered, even thought the menu says it does. Excuse me? He got the sides… which ended up being not worth the argument. The Nachos Grande were awful. The meat was terrible in it, we couldn’t eat much of it. It tasted like very bland canned chili. The chicken tasted processed on my entree. The fries were horrible institution type things you would get in school cafeteria. No one there was very friendly. I have never been so disappointed in trying a new place. We will not return. Don’t waste your money on this place.
Bland food. Porshons ok. Dinner food to a T.
Mrs. Pierce. I was very disappointed in this restaurant!. We stopped for dinner on a Sunday, the portions were small, some of the food was cold, the prices were outrageous for the portions we were served and some of the food tasted terrible. For example: the chicken strips were tough, the mac-n- cheese and nachos had a strange flavor and we didn’t want to eat it, my mashed potatoes were cold. The trio seafood tasted good but the portions were extremely small. The nachos that tasted horrible (that we brought it to the waitresses attention and ordered something else in its place) were actually billed to us. The nerve to be billed for something you refuse to eat, because it tastes soo bad!!! What kind of service is that? For the price, go to Red Lobster – you get good food, large portions and great service.
