  This place has the most rude people i have ever encountered working for them. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! We called in an order for delivery and when we were told the total we decided it was too overpriced and cancel the order the employee taking our order then cursed my girl out dropped f-bombs Calder all types of b-words and said don’t ever call back again.As far as customer service goes this place has the worst I have ever encountered in my life. I do not recommend anyone give this place your business

  Rude!. These are the most rude people I have encountered since I have been in Havre de Grace. The staff was eating when I walked in which was about 12:15pm…typical lunch hour. The guy didn’t even want to take my order, but after standing there for about 10 minutes and with one of the other workers pleading with him to get up and take my order…he finally got up and stood behind the counter still chewing his half masticated food with a irritated scowl on his face. He then proceeded to tell me whatever I order will take at least 20 minutes. Clearly I will not be returning to this establishment.

  DO NOT EAT THERE. Years ago I ate there twice. And those 2 times they were good. But last Saturday 12-27-08. I ordered The Half Chicken Meal. When I received it. It did not look like regular fried chicken. The thigh was an inch in heighth and width. And the other pieces did not look right. The only thing that looked like it should have was the wing. I took one look and I couldn’t eat it. I immediately took it back and tried to get my money back which the guy refused to give all of it back to me. It cost me a total of $4.77 and he said he will only give me back $2.00. Which I think is poor customer service. And he also was rude about it. I ask that you be cautious of what you get from there. His excuse was that they had to cut it small to fry it. Even if so, it still didn’t look like chicken. I have been eating chicken all of of my life. And if you were to cut it, it still would not look like that. It wasn’t chicken. Good Luck!
