Bad Customer Service. Ordered 2 cakes a week before Thanksgiving. Called 2 days ahead of time and asked if I could pick them up at 11am and Goll’s said fine. Arrived before noon and (rudely) said cakes were not ready, it wouldn’t be until 3pm or later. I couldn’t come back. Had to cancel cake order and get cakes from Weis Markets. Will NEVER patronize Goll’s Bakery ever again!
I have been going to this bakery since high school (the 80’s) and their quality of baked items has never failed. Their chocolate drop cookies are the greatest thing ever made. If you ever want a quality cake or baked item, you have to go here.
