Moderate Overall. This place provides good food, but service ranges from great to awful and slow. Last time I was there I got the salmon with baked potato and broccoli. Broccoli was over cooked, and the salmon was covered in a sauce. Will next time ask for now sauce, because it was over-kill for a perfectly good piece of salmon. Still, if you are looking for a good rack of ribs or burger, this is a fine place. Not bad, but nothing special.
Bare Bones is a great place for lunch or dinner Staff is great , BBQ just as great , happy hour always busy
Bare Bones Salad. Great combo of salad, cheese, bacon, chicken and honey mustard dressing, ribs are also good. I skip almost everything else except the beer. Tiber River Red is my favorite
Ribs, Ribs, and More Ribs!. So it is very rare to find a good beef ribs place. Bare Bones is one of those places. The other food isn’t that great, but the ribs are fantastic. They brew their own beer, which is pretty good. The best is ordering the endless ribs.
Generic bar food. Generic bar food, frozen appetizers, cheesy decor. What do you expect from a strip mall restaurant?
