Service is terrible. Hostesses are clueless. Cannot make reservations for outside, seriously? This is the 21st century I rhino you can figure out a way to manage outdoor reservations.
Poor Impression. The shrimp salad was limp. The service was slow. Was with a group of eight and the the policy is a group check with the exception of one regular customer who had to leave while we were waiting for the check. Only 4 parking spaces belong to the restaurant. Watch your step going from dining room to lounge to use restroom, there is a step not marked. When I fell the manager made up excuses for the door being opened and tried to explain how to exit the dining room through the entry vestibule and re-enter the lounge to get to the rest room. There was no apology and he didn’t even take my name to follow up to see how I was the next day. Take this one off of your list.
Great Dining Experience. When you want good food and variety this is a great place to go. Picking a few small plates and sharing them as a meal will not only appease your appetite, but will also give a great variety of dishes. They recommend 3 plates per person, however, you could probably get away with 2, there was a lot of food!
Roadhouse. Unfortunately, I accidentally erased my earlier review of Lee Lynn’s. I want to reiterate my dislike of offering standard bar apps as small plates and suggesting you are better. I found the sandwiches and burgers to take far too long and not worth the wait. But, I have to recommend the upcharged waffle fries over the chips (that seem to have a bottle of Mc Cormick’s garlic powder poured on them) that come with the sandwiches.On a positive there are several good beers on tap and a couple of surprising wines for a hidden roadhouse.I came upon this restaurant because of a negative review and have to say I have had very good service, but can understand how some on the patio could feel left out.
Horrible service— don’t even bother. Dropped by with my family of 4 looking forward to a nice evening dinner on the patio since we had heard great things about the small plates, etc. WORST. SERVICE. EVER. The hostesses were completely disinterested and aloof and NO server showed up to even say hello for we counted at least 15 minutes. unacceptable. I asked the hostess who our server was and she had a blank stare. so we left. will never be coming back here again. and you shouldn’t either.
