Order messed up and the new one came dry and burned!. I ordered a cheese pizza and chicken topping pizza.Chicken pizza was messed up as they forgot chicken.The new order came after 1 hr. New order did not have Honey Sriracha Crust Flavor( which was part of the order) and worst it was DRY and with some Burn I understand that topping missing can happen and is not a big deal but the sending a dry and burnt pizza is not excusable.Sorry to say but i will never ever order from you in future.Disappointing.
Bad service. Dirty tables and menus. Small portions. Prices high. And NO BOXES!. Dined in last night. I usually order way more food than we can eat to take home leftovers. When I asked for box was told they don’t have boxes for a lot of pizza. Yet I’m watching people leave with medium and large boxes. Waiter went to back and came out again and said they don’t have any boxes. Manager came out who did not act like he really cared. He was dressed dirty and looked like he was in charge of making the dough. He said the medium and large boxes are only for carryout orders. I spent a lot of money there and now have to take multiple small cheap flexible boxes home with me that allow air in and ruin my pizza. Was told this is corporate. But I have never had this happen before. I think it might just be this Pizza Hut. I will not go again!
