Also… I forgot to add to my review that they were our of multiple alcoholic drinks! No Blue Moon and the only Sake on stock was the most expensive on the menu. Sadly I left with only playing a small bill for my friend and I. We wanted a whole bottle of sake and went somewhere else for a drink!21 Aug, 2014Decent sushi but…. I enjoyed the food, the portions were a good size and the flavor was better than some places. However if you are a real sushi lover and expert it’s not the best. I also felt the restaurant was dirty. I had to ask for a new spoon for the soup because it looked like it was used and not washed. And I saw my waitress picking her nose! She did it on the floor in front of guests! I was really grossed out. All-in-all I doubt I would return or recommend.
Really great find! Passing thru BWI on business and needed a break from hotel food. Best decision I made this week–excellent sushi and a really friendly and gracious staff. Hope I get to pass thru BWI again soon.
This place is great! They gave me soup, salad, a delicious! fried shrimp appetizer, I got the cucumber roll and the dabomb roll… Both great! Then they served a slice of cheesecake, all for $11! Will definitely be back. Great atmosphere as well. You won’t be dissapointed
Connoisseur. Been living in Northern MD for almost 2 years and having run the gambit of all sushi places near me Sushi Q is hands down my favorite. For lunch Diners – the lunch menu is very inexpensive and filling. This is an excellent place to take your co-workers for a quick lunch. Even when the place is packed service has always been prompt and courteous. Offering a wide selection of sushi and a good variety of food items prepared in the kitchen this is my favorite noon time stop off. Once the Lunch special has ended however the prices are still great for the food and service you will receive. I enjoy going in for dinner and picking one specialty role to go along with an appetizer and typically one extra roll. This is an outstanding place to take a date, take the office, or just to enjoy a nice meal alone.
Have eaten here many times, but not any more. Just called (Friday, 8:30) to place a takeout order. They told me because of their call volume, they will not accept any more takeout orders. WHAT? You can’t tell me this is the first time this has happened. Here’s a suggestion – If your call volume increases on the weekends, bring in more help for those nights. Instead you turn away a potential $50-75 order? How many other orders did you turn away? Just another case of a restaurant being mismanaged! I will never eat at this restaurant again!

Love this place! After moving to Elkridge last May, I’ve been going here about three times a month and always make an excuse to go! Overtime, this place has increasingly been popular (Good for them/bad for me haha). They definitely give your money’s worth in sushi, free appetizer, and free dessert. When I first came here, they also gave my group two free sushi rolls because we order so many!! I don’t believe they do it anymore, but it definitely got our attention to comeback to this place. Overall, this place is consistent in taste, clean, and convient!
