Does NOT comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA, Federal law). Refused my family due to my wife’s service animal and attempted to segregate us from the general public seating location (other individuals in the Elkridge location attempted altering management they were not allowed to refuse is service as well, during our visit). I called all three locations (Elkridge, Owing Mills, and Millersville) and all refuse service animals. When discussed about their violation, they acknowledged and refused to understand they can face legal action from the US Attorney General with civil penalties and compensation for hardship.
Good food, horrible customer service. Good Food, great price. But also horrible waiter service. They barely speak English, take down wrong order, add tips more than 20% of your bill without asking you even when only 2 people are dinning-most of people do not even realize it. I have received wrong order multiple times but ate it because I used to love their food. You will be waiting on your food, water or even napkins while other people who came after you got their food and left. Due to the pricing they are getting lots of local customers and that’s why they are thinking that waiter service does not have to be good anymore. Done with Sushi Q.
