Don’t order the Bison burger. I ordered the Bison burger with lettuce, tomato, raw onions and A1 sauce. First off that was not a bison burger on the bun. Or if it was, you should be ashamed of it. It was an obviously pressed meat-like formerly frozen patty that would have been acceptable as a high quality McDonald’s burger. It came with cheese, which I explicitly said I didn’t want, tomato and lettuce. So the first time I sent it back they scraped off the cheese and added the onions. When it came back without the A1 I flipped the burger over to see if it was on the other side, I found mayonnaise. Poor waitress, I sent it back again, and it came back 5 mins later on a new, dry bun, same mayonnaise infested non-bison barely beef burger with same tomatoes, onion, and now no lettuce or A1. The waitress was nearly in tears as she explained all these burgers come with mayo. So I guess I will have to go back to Burger King to get a burger my way, as certainly you can’t get one at this establishment. The fries, however were very tasty. Wish I would have known I could add a photo to this review.

Creamed chip beef. Two of us ordered creamed chip beef for breakfast this morning. Both of us love creamed chip beef. This was the worst we ever had. The creamy part was so thick it seemed like mashed potatoes and there was very little beef . Hardly enough to call it chipped beef – just specks. It should be taken off the menu. Nver agqin. TP

Yuck. I dont want to be mean but honestly this place is gross. I was surprised to see how many people ate here. I blame it on the shortage of breakfast places in the area, not much to choose from but the place is super small and looks dirty. The food was not good especially their sausage gravy. It looked like dog slop. Felt like Gordon Ramsay should come and help this place out. Would not recommend.

Nasty Nasty Nasty. The place is filthy. The help hardly speaks English. The waitress who had no personality whatsoever said she had been working there for like 10 years. Their idea of service is taking an order, serving you dirty silverware, giving you food and a check, no prebussing, no conversation, no checking back and listening to someone screaming rudely at the top of their lungs in the kitchen. The decor is dingy, the energy is horrible. I used to come there all the time with my family where I was made to feel like I was home. Good help always leaves it appears and it is going downhill. Food was cold and overcooked. Fries were soggy, ketchup was nasty nasty nasty. Heinz should sue them. It’s some disgusting cheap brand.

First time at Ashland. We would return just for the Ahi tuna appetizer: blackened tuna with wasabi-cucumber sauce. It was excellent. Our entrees were very good, also: rockfish with lemon butter sauce and shrimp pignoli (shrimp, sundried tomatoes, broccoli and toasted pine nuts over angelhair pasta). Rachel gave us excellent service. It was great fun, too, listening to the guy covering Sinatra songs and then the DJ’s playing 50’s and 60’s classics.

Came back for dinner today. Got the pork chop platter. The chopps were grilled we’ll and seasoned great. I got mashed potatoes which were home made which surprised me and very good. The only complaint I have was that my steamed broccoli was cold but other than that fantastic. I will recommend to anyone looking for something affordable that’s not fast food20 Aug, 2012I got the chicken deluxe sandwich. I ordered it and within 5 minutes it was in front of me grilled perfectly. The service was good especially for a lunch time rush
