Frazinnis. The food here is good, but the service is awful….the manager is a condensening man who adds fuel to unhappy customers…..Even though I like tht food, I will not go back based on bad service, and attaitudes.I was there on mothers day…became deafly ill,and had a piece of glass in my glass……BAD!
Great. The waitress Laureen was very attentive and made us feel very comfortable. Dinner on New Year’s Eve. The delicious food, the excellent beer and wine selections, and the friendly attentive staff at Fazzini’s made the last night of 2014 one to fondly remember.
Great service, amazing food.. We went on a Friday evening around 9:00 our server was Mollie, and though her section was full and the restaurant busy, her service was prompt and professional taking time to talk to us about her favorite dishes and helping with our dinner and wine selection. They have an impressive wine beer and cocktail selection and the homemade pasta was fresh and delicious. We will be back soon, the whole experience was lovely. Prices are very reasonable.
NEVER HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE!!!. Went at 5:15 with my family, parking lot almost empty and very few tables occupied. We were unable to get a booth due to too many reservations. I’ve never heard of reserving specific seating. So the hostess sat us at the worse table, in the sun, and extremely wobbly. We asked to be moved to another table, which they had plenty of, we were told no because of reservations. I’ve never had a WORSE experience, and with all the other choices on York Rd I will NEVER return.I can’t wait to try the next restaurant that opens in this location, no way Fazzini’s will last.
What’s The Fuss About?. After hearing good things about the restaurant, my friend and I decided to try it. The restaurant looks very nice and we were greeted warmly. We were shown to a very small table for two. The waitress was nice and probably inexperienced because she did not stop coming to the table and hovering over us. There is a tremendous difference between good service and intrusive behavior. Our reservation was for 7:15 p.m and we wanted to relax and dine. No one was waiting for our table. The portion of fish was tiny and the sides were an afterthought. Perhaps it was our fault for not ordering the more popular heavy Italian entrees. It left us with an unfavorable impression and doubtful we would ever return except possibly for lunch. For the price, it was only fair.
Loved The New Location, But Please Bring Back The Amazing Meat Sauce!. The new location was much better, more spacious, and they now serve alcohol. I had a great (non-alcoholic) drink, Basilade, which was fresh lemonade muddled with strawberries and basil. It was around $5, but worth it, since it tasted really fresh and was a great combination of flavors. The chicken salad sub with bacon and the chicken marsala calzone w/mushroom sauce were both very good. I was bummed that they took the meat sauce off the menu. I’ve been going there for 10 yrs. and that’s the only thing I ever ordered because it was so good. I hope they still have the recipe and that they will bring it back.
