Cold Food, Poor Management. I ate here with another couple on a Saturday evening and the place was chaotic. We kept our orders simple, opting for sushi and some General Tsao-style chicken. I ordered a mai tai to drink, asked for it to be made light and not too overpowering with rum. The drink came to the table looking (and tasting) like a big glass of watered down fruit punch. Decided to let that one pass. Then, we get half of our sushi order, which included some tempura seafood that was completely cold…..strike one. Next, my husband and our friend received their chicken, which were also completely COLD. He tasted it and refused it. The waitress claimed she didn’t let it sit and get cold (but we thought, why did it take so long to bring it then)? It was of course taken off the final bill. Anyway, we asked for our missing sushi, which the server claimed we did not order, though all of us remember doing so. Another order of COLD tempura-filled sushi was brought to us and we ate some of it. You don’t get the flavors of it when it isn’t served with the proper temperatures. So for us it’s 3 strikes you are out with Fusion. I won’t return.

Place has good sushi but the bar/atmosphere is kinda odd. Only been there about 3 times and every time without fail there is a working eating behind the bar right in front of you. Then they continue to make your sushi without washing their hands. I don’t know about you, but that’s kinda gross?…..not sure why this place gets sush a high rating.
I ordered the ahi tuna tacos and spicy tuna roll. Taco shell was stale and ahi tuna slices were way too big and awkward for the size of taco shell. Spicy tuna roll tasted too fishy. Bummer dinner, since I was really looking forward to it.
Service is excellent, portions are larger than expected, drinks very tasty. Water is very chlorinated, so the flavor of some of the food was off. Despite that, the food is delightful. We had pad Thai, Korean BBQ and fish tacos.
Fusion Rocks. We LOVE FUSION!!! it has awesome food, and it is so much fun to go too!! we always have great food, and a wonderful time. The Tuna Pizza is AMAZING
First time. Took the family to Fusion for the first time tonight. Not sure how long this place has been open but they definitely have it together. Food was great as was the service. I wish they had a larger wine selection but… I will be coming back here soon.
