Love this place. They serve the best rotisserie chicken in the area. Few dishes i would recommend are Pollo saltado, tallarin saltado, rachi. The coleslaw here is the best i ever had. Service is also very good.
Stumbled across this establishment when in passing. Was willing to give it a try as it wasn’t a full sit down restaurant, rather counter service.Mixed thoughts on the restaurant – food was good, but service poor. Was empty on a weekday around noon. Ordered a burrito and employee behind counter asked of I wanted the special, but didn’t know what it was. It took about 10 minutes to be prepared. The burrito was really big, but my request for no lettuce was ignored, instead was missing rice.By the time I left, business was really picking up. Everyone who ordered didn’t understand their logic on where to order. One signs says order chicken here and the other says order at the cashier. Being primarily chicken establishment, that’s confusing. One area to order was be more friendly and less confusing customers. Staff was very straight forward. No welcome to our restaurant. No smiles. No thank you for coming.Overall, I may return to try some other menu items because the flavor of the food was good, but the lack of attention to details and unfriendly customer service turns me away.
Hidden Treasure. This restaurant opened up a few months ago in this little hidden corner of this shopping center right off of York and Cranbrook Road. It had been on our list of places to go and try for a while, so we finally did this past Sunday. They have a menu posted in the front window that you can look at before even going in, but I suggest that you take the plunge and walk through the front door. Because once you do you will see the warm inviting smile of an employee behind the ordering counter and the warm ambiance of the small eatery. It is tastefully decorated and not overdone. The ordering aria is brightly lit and shows you all of your wonderful choice is laid out in front of you. The staff is very friendly and willing to explain the menu to you and give you suggestions if you’d like. I took one of the suggestions and did not regret it. We ordered the steak and cheese, which is just like a cheesesteak only a little more gourmet, and Lomo Saltado. They have bottled drinks, but I would suggest one of their fountain juice mixes…delicious! All of our food was hot well presented, and delicious! Don’t forget to ask for the dipping sauces close to the register and try dessert. There are also two televisions in the restaurant, one towards the front and one towards the back, in case you would like to watch the news or sporting event that happens to be on. In short, this place is not to be missed! I can’t wait to go back and try something new on the menu!
